Public form rate limits use a one-way hash of the requesting address rather than displaying it in the lead record.

How we use it

Information is used to provide requested audits, respond to inquiries, operate the lead pipeline, prevent abuse, improve our services, and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information or add inquiry details to unrelated mailing lists.

Cookies and analytics

Essential storage supports security, authentication, and form operation. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregated website usage, such as page visits, referral sources, and device categories, so we can improve the website.

Service providers

When configured, information may be processed by Vercel for hosting and private files, Supabase for database storage, Resend for transactional email, Sentry for error monitoring, and approved analysis providers needed to produce a requested audit. Provider access is limited by purpose and configuration.

AI processing

Submitted website and brand information may be processed by approved services solely to produce the requested output. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information through public forms.

Retention, security, and rights

We retain information only as reasonably required for the purpose collected, legal obligations, security, and suppression preferences. Controls include encrypted transport, server-side secrets, restricted admin access, rate limiting, and provider backups. No system can promise absolute security.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or raise a privacy question by emailing privacy@beaiready.in. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary to preserve an opt-out.
